Where is the theatre?
KMSC Law Performing Arts Theatre is located at 300 Arbour Hills Blvd, west of the Bear Creek Golf Course. We are attached to the St. John Paul II Catholic High School.
What's a black box theatre?
A black box theatre is a flexible space with minimal fixed staging or seating. Our venue is equipped with a retractable seating system that allows us to completely empty the space.
How many seats are there?
The theatre has retractable seating. When the seats are out there are 305 seats. The seating can quickly be retracted into the back wall which allows for many different seating options.
For banquet and gala style event we can seat up to 230 people.
For smaller events we have drapes that can close off part of the room to make your event more intimate and comfortable.
What does my rental include?
Your full day rental includes:
- A dedicated technician
- Full use of the facility
- Sound, lighting, and video systems
- Tables and Chairs
- 2 Dressing Rooms
***A fully equipped kitchen, and a cosmetology room are each also available to rent, for an additional fee.
What is there for technical equipment?
The facility is equipped with:
- A full professional sound system than can handle anything from full bands, concerts, movies, training presentations, fashion shows and dances.
- A full theatrical lighting system with over 100 fixtures and a professional lighting board
- There are 2 video screens, a 8m (25') wide screen and a 12m (36') screen. Movies, videos, PowerPoint presentations, and other video and graphic content can be run from several locations throughout the facility, all controlled through a professional video switcher.
Do you offer bar (alcohol) services?
If you wish for alcohol at your event, we have multiple different options depending on need. You are also able to handle the licensing yourself, so long as we have advance notice and all appropriate AGLC regulations are followed.

We have three (3) preferred caterers that have been approved to work in our facility. Outside catering can be arranged but must be discussed in advance.
What else is available?
We offer a wide variety of services to make your event a success. We can help you with video creation, graphic design services, lighting and sound design, event management, and tickets sales.
We have partnerships with event supply companies, caterers, custom bar tending services and a wide variety of performers and bands as well.
